Sarah is a Senior Escrow Officer at Bluegrass Land Title with more than a dozen years of experience in escrow and real estate closings. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for professionalism, attention to detail, and a calm, solutions-focused approach that helps clients navigate one of life’s most important financial transactions. Sarah works closely with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders to ensure every closing is handled accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional service.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is also a proud U.S. Army veteran. During her military service, she deployed to Iraq in 2009, an experience that shaped her strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and commitment to serving others.
Outside of her professional life, Sarah is a devoted mom to two amazing daughters and enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Joey and Sparky. When she’s not at the closing table, you’ll often find her attending comedy shows, enjoying theatre performances, or exploring new restaurants with her partner, Heath.
